The Costa de Sol room is 8.52 square meters of space facing the mountainside of Casa Rio looking over the garden that surrounds the plunge pool. In the early mornings you will hear the essence of the countryside of nature and tranquility. 

 

This room includes two twin beds, private bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning/ heating, wifi-connection, mobile phone charging station, bathrobes, closet space and fresh towels. 

 

A pre-planned breakfast is included with coffee and/or  juice.

 

Please feel free to ask for additional linens, and a change of sheets as needed, Otherwise we respect your privacy and will not be entering your room during your stay with us. If you need items to be cleaned we are happy to provide that service with an extra fee.

 

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking in destinated areas only. The green room is a semi-outdoor space for wellness, provided with floor mats, meditation pillow and small weights for light exercise.

 

You will have access to the common areas such as the plunge pool, the garden patio, the green room and veranda.

 

Supermarkets, local shops, restaurants. banks and bars are in walking distances. If you already have a car or car rental there is free parking about 2 blocks from Casa Rio.

Couple: Let us know that you are a couple, we can be sure to set up the room accordingly, by pushing the beds together. $120 per night (2 people only)

 

Friends: Besties travelling together for a shared experience, beds will be set apart. $120 per night (2 people only)

 

Join a trip: Sometimes we are travelling alone but want to share an adventure with new friends. We will be hosting such trips once a month. The room in this situation becomes a shared room with another adventurous travel friend. $60 per night (1 person)

Check in: Begin from 15:00 please note we understand that flight travels have been challenging in the recent years. If you have lost your flight due to delays, please reach out to us to let us know so we can adjust your welcoming accordingly.

"Unauthorized smoking will result in a deep cleaning fee up to $150.  Marijuana products are prohibited in guest room

Early departures after the guests have checked in will be charged for the full rate for the night of the departure as a penalty.

Please be advised that the credit card holder must be present at check-in.

Any modification of a reservation will result in the original reservation being cancelled and a refund will be issued to the credit card used to secure the booking.

The modified reservation will then be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking and will show as a new charge.

Property is not responsible for exchange rate differences due to charges and refunds.

Extra beds will not be available

For all reservations, unless otherwise stated, cancel by 12am 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night room charge and tax.
